New Mideast Peace Initiative by the People!
Mideast Peace is central to world peace and prosperity. Many blame Israel as the central factor behind pressuring the United States to wage war with Iraq. Experts tell us the root cause behind 911 and terrorism is the occupation of Palestine by Israel. While this occupation is going on now for 61 years, several solutions have emerged, at least two solutions:
The Israeli solution; peaceful submission to Israel occupation of Palestine. Very popular among Christian Zionists and Israeli lobby groups swarming around our members of Congress. Basically Palestinians are to recognize Israel, accept the way things are, and submit, and in return, they will have potentially a better quality of life and improved occupation.
The Two States solution as proposed by the United States and endorsed by other countries … Israel and Palestine living in peace side by side. Well, this idea is simply a Pipe Dream which will NOT happen. After hundreds of meetings, negotiations, agreements, and peace conferences … one only needs to look at the map of Palestinian territory to see the reality, shrinking from 100%, to 22%, to 22% gutted-out by thousands of settlement. In fact, it is very hard to calculate remaining land in Palestinian territory, but a quick look at the map will clearly show that Israel is only interested in expanding its territory despite whatever it may say, promise, or even sign before the international community.
But, there is a third solution … with integrity and some elements of justice for long-lasting peace:
One Nation for All, this initiative is put together by ordinary American Citizens from across the nation, along with friends from around the world by a group called Together4Peace.org. It deals with equal rights to all people in the Holy Land: Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Freedom, end of Apartheid, break down the wall. One-County, one-person, one-vote. It is an interesting infinitive that I think may very well work, because it deals with the thorny issues of refugees, immigration, compensation, and even war crimes. The group is adopting an idea of presenting this initiative in the form of a petition, its results will be delivered to the most powerful and influential people who have a chance to make it happen. They include President Obama, all the permanent members of the UN security council, the Mideast Peace envoy, and every U.S. State senator just to mention a few!
It is my hope to see legitimate peace in the Holy Land during my lifetime … can we work together to bring peace and restore justice?
This time lets give peace a chance. Lets work towards a peace initiative for the troubled mideast land with a plan which has humanity and brotherhood as its core fulcrum.

Construction Office Online - Number 1 Source for Construction Document Templates
Construction usually involves projects that require lots of management. For example, there must be scheduling management, finance management, administrative management, and more. Due to the important of these tasks, documentation is mandatory. But as you can imagine, the job of managing all these different types of documents can become a nightmare if not handled with care.
Most people just choose to use an Excel spreadsheet to try and document everything. Unfortunately, this manual process is neither efficient, or effective. Everything is not laid out nicely from the start because the spreadsheet must be created from scratch. Besides, creating a new spreadsheet from the ground up can be very time consuming. What happens if there are missing templates? Staff may then have to spend more time creating new templates, which may not be a very practical thing to do.
The time of staff can be freed up for other more important tasks. It is more practical to head on to an online website, such as Construction Office Online, to purchase the documents. At the website, there are tons of ready made templates available for purchase. You can choose to buy them separately (at about a few dollars per piece), or you can choose to buy them in sets.
Most customers just choose to buy in sets because sometimes, they are pleasantly surprised with the templates that they get. A single set can cost around the range of $50, but it consists of comprehensive contracts for builders, contractors, owners, and architects. If you want to be sure that you own all the necessary documents and contracts, go for the complete package (priced at $289.00).
One of the main reasons why someone would purchase documents online is because of the need to have professionally created documents. For construction projects, it is not uncommon for disputes to arise between the various parties involved. For instance, the builder and the owner may dispute over the installation of a special device. In this case, the contracts can come in very handy.
A quick review of the contract can soothe any tensions between parties. If the contract is ambiguous, the conflict may heightened. And when conflicts arise, the project tends to grind to a halt, and all parties suffer losses. Professional documents prevent this from happening.
In the worst case scenario, disputes may be brought forward to courts. The court will then rely on all existing documents and contracts to come to a decision. If the contract is not a valid piece of document, then it may not even be presented as evidence. So make sure that you protect yourself properly with professional contracts before diving into a construction projects.
Other types of non-legal documents include time sheets, billing and invoicing, project management, budgeting, finance and accounting, and many others. They all help in some way to keep things organized and keep the project moving forward.

The Social Side Of Jewelry - Religious Symbols
Jewelry with religious meaning has been worn for centuries by people who wish to feel closer to God and to reaffirm their faith by wearing sacred and ornamental symbols. Each separate religion has its own set of symbols and icons which represent different aspects of their faith; these are also shown in their different styles of jewelry, clothing and decorations. Wearing jewelry with religious meaning is a silent and important way for many to show and declare there faith while going about their everyday lives. Many people will receive gifts of jewelry when they have a religious ceremony and a celebration of their faith during their childhood and their spiritual education. Family and friends will cement their religious education with a simple gift of jewelry.
Christians are known to wear small crosses as pendants as well as the commonly worn St Christopher as a talisman for protection while travelling. At a child’s baptism and confirmation, gifts are often given by the god parents of the child in the form of medals, jewelry and ornaments that represent a specific Christian meaning to aid the child’s spiritual growth. In Ancient Egypt, symbols were very prominent in religious jewelry, the most common symbol being the Ankh, a loop above a cross, which represented eternal life and happiness. The Jewish people have a lot of jewelry and decoration containing the Hebrew Star of David which is a six-sided star thought to bring good fortune and luck to all who wear it, while in the Hindu religion many Gods are used in jewelry such as the elephant God Ganesh which is used in many different ornaments and decorations. Buddhists wear pendants in the shape of Buddha
Fashion and religion are merging in the jewelry trade and the markets now are full of beautiful earrings, bracelets and necklaces that depict many different aspects of all the worlds religions. In today’s societies there are certain issues arising with people wearing religious jewelry in the work place or in school. People are trying to eradicate religion as a problem in certain places and, as it a personal choice, there should be no need to wear jewelry to affirm their own faith.
Jewelry is only one of the many ways in which religion and cultural beliefs are shown through how we look and what we wear on our bodies. Sikhs wear turbans covering their hair, Muslim women wear a head scarf and Jews wear a cap, these are all symbols of our religion which are worn in a similar way to jewelry, rosaries are carried by Catholics while prayer beads are also carried by Muslims. There are many beautiful ways in which we can use clothing and jewelry to show, recognition of spirituality, our love for God and our respect for our own religion whatever it may be.

Phone Number Reverse For Free? Or Phone Number Reverse For Fee?
What is a phone number reverse service?
A phone number reverse service is one that will find the owner of a phone number once the number is entered. These services consist of huge databases that can retrieve the information of any available number. Initially, you will get the location of the number and then the full report. Some only give the name of the owner. Others can give you their address along with other details in their complete report. This can be very useful when the phone number is the only piece of information that you have available. Do services that do phone number reverse for free exist?
As far as I know, there is no phone number reverse service that is free. Usually, you type in the phone number and they will give you the location for free. Then, for a small fee you can get the complete report which may include the owner’s address and other details. Sometimes you can pay a bit more and get unlimited searches for a period of time. This service is in high demand and found to be very useful to many seeking this information. It is definitely worth your while to do the research and find out which service works for you and is the most reliable.
Who will benefit from a phone number reverse service?
A phone number reverse service can be used to locate someone for which you only have a phone number. Looking for an old boyfriend/girlfriend, long lost relative, a former best friend? Wanting to know who is prank calling you? What is that unidentified number that is calling you three times a day? In the past, just with a phone number you could not locate anyone since there was no database with this information. Don’t worry. Now, we have the technology and the database to do just that. Find out every detail you ever wanted to know about that phone number. These services work for either a land line or a cell phone number.
In conclusion, I would like to say a phone number reverse for free service does not exist. If you ever see one that is free, I would be very cautious. You usually get what you pay for. It is better to pay a small fee to get access to the huge databases these companies have built over many years. Some of these services also allow you to get background checks, find people by address, find people by SSN, find email addresses and even find out who is searching for you. These are truly the best since these services go hand in hand. For example, if you could not locate someone by their phone number, you will have several options such as their SSN to find them. Also, you can go even further and get a background check on them using the same service. Now, you have access to loads of information on anyone just by jumping on the internet and entering some data.

Pope’s Recent Condom Comments Could Fuel HIV/AIDS
The Pope’s recent comments on the use of condoms have met with strong opposition from the International Aids Society (IAS). The scientific community has always encouraged the use of protective measures to help prevent the spread of aids. However, during a flight, the Pope commented that the HIV problem cannot be overcome by the distribution of condoms.
This is a simple comment, but it comes with grave implications. Apparently, the entire scientific community view this as an irresponsible comment, and has condemned the Pope for making such remarks. To date, all scientific research and statistics are all in favor of using condoms as an effective tool to stop the spread of HIV. To say otherwise, is to fly in the face of concrete facts.
As a representative of the Catholic Church, such a comment may actually discourage the use of condoms, which may eventually work against the ongoing efforts of the IAS to stop the spread of HIV. The Catholic Church represents 17% of the population in Africa, and to issue such a comment is to add to the ignorance of thousands of African citizens.
It is understandable why the IAS has such strong reactions towards the Pope’s comments. The primary mission of the IAS society is to prevent the spread of aids throughout the world. One way to do this, is to educate the people, and let the world be aware of how HIV transmission takes place. To prevent this deadly disease from spreading, the use of condoms should be encouraged. The Pope’s actions seem to be undermining the efforts of the IAS society.
Catholics in Africa look up to their religion for spiritual guidance. Whatever information they receive from the higher office, they will believe and behave accordingly. For this reason, the IAS society was enraged to hear the Pope giving such comments to the general public.
In a country where poverty is rampant, it is no easy task to stop the spread of HIV. Education sounds like an idealistic solution, but it’s very hard to build awareness among the people. It takes time to build up awareness and it takes time for the people to accept the use of condoms. So far, condoms have been proven to be the most practical and effective solution in stopping the spread of HIV. The main reason is that condoms are cheap and offers a more immediate solution. In fact, without condoms, there seem to be no viable way to combat the current situation.
The stand of the Roman Catholic Church is known, but the Pope has never spoken publicly about the subject before. Perhaps it is best to leave the IAS to work on the HIV problem. The IAS works with International professionals and hold conferences to come up with programs and solutions that will help protect the people. Ultimately, regardless of religion and faith, this is the most important mission.

How Grand National Started
Watching the Grand National race has become a favorite past time for millions of enthusiastic fan. The Grand National is the most popular National Hunt racing in the world. It is also one of the most exciting and controversial races due to the high number of injuries and death of the horses while competing in the race. To date, a jockey had died from injuries that was sustained during the race.
The event is a Grade 3 event for horses that are above 6 years old. It is usually conducted on a Saturday, in Liverpool. The circuit requires the horse to jump over a total of 16 fences. Only The Chair and the Water Jump will be jumped over once. The rest of the fences will be jumped over twice. The circuit is dangerous to negotiate because of the severity of some of the fences. It is while jumping over those fences that accidents happen. However, in recent years, due to immense pressure from animal activists, the severity of these fences have been reduced.
The beginnings of the Grand National dated so far back that it was unclear when it actually started. Some argued that the first race took place in 1836, while others insisted that the race started in 1837 or even 1838.
Over the years, the Grand National had produced many spectacular stories. In the 1950s, the National Grand was dominated by a certain Irish by the name of Vincent O’Brien. Vincent was a horse trainer, and he successfully trained horses that won the National Grand in 1953, 1954, and 1955.
Year 1967 was also an interesting time. Rank outsider, Foinavon, managed to came in first at the odds of 100 to 1. It was ridden by Johnny Buckingham. What happened was that two loose horses managed to put off the leading pack. The horses either stopped or refuse to continue, and had to be remounted. Foinavon was so far behind that he managed to avoid the incident altogether, and overtook 17 horses to come in as the winner.
The most famous horse of the Grand National was undoubtedly Red Rum. It is the only horse that won the Grand National three times. It won in 1973, 1974 and 1977.
The Grand National is a rather unpredictable race. From history, all kinds of unexpected or unforseen circumstances can cause even the best horses to lose the race, or the unpopular horses to win the race. Perhaps that’s why millions of people are hooked to the Grand National. Even highly accomplished jockeys like Terry Biddlecombe, Stan Mellor, and Jonjo O’Neill never won the race.
The unexpected twists and turns of the Grand National provide tons of entertainment for its audiences. Even mares (female adult horses) can win this race. To date, a total of 12 mares managed to become a winner. Who would have expected that?

Bangles in Hinduism
Bangles hold great value in Hinduism and tradition. It is considered inauspicious for a woman to have bare arms. Traditionally, married Hindu women always weary bangles around their wrists. Nowadays, women may not wear bangles on a daily basis with regular attire. Bangles are more reserved for occasions and festivals, because they still hold sentimental value. Indeed to the Hindu woman, the bangle is not simply a beautiful ornament; it also symbolizes her womanhood and honor.
Vzag, an area in India, holds a special relationship in regards to bangles. The streets of Makavanipalem, a small village near Narsipatam, once bustled with the craft of bangle making. The village drew skilled workers from across India. This business stalled for some time. Today, however, the bangle industry is booming in all shops in Vizag. Business is conducted daily, dealing with a variety of bangles.
Ultimately, August and September equate to a very important time in the Hindu calendar. Called Shravanamasam, it is the Hindu month in which the highest density of festivities occurs. This time of the year sees the most sales of bangles in India. So, it is evident that bangles are still important in the lives of Hindu women. For them, it represents pride and tradition, as well as femininity.
In India, many traditional ceremonies connect with bangles. The South Indian ceremony called Valaikaapu occurs during the seventh month of a woman’s pregnancy. The family celebrates, and bangles of all colors and designs are stacked on the woman’s wrists. Once the ceremony is completed, the woman goes to her mother’s residence. There, she will deliver her child.
Bengalese woman wear ‘lohas’ to symbolize their marriage; they are bangles that are alternately known as the iron ‘kada.’ Brides are also presented with beautifully crafted, white conch bangles and red lac bangles.
In Gujarat and Rajasthan, the bride’s mother will gift a pair of ivory bangles. With these ivory bangles, a young couple performs the ‘Saptapati;’ without these ornaments, the ritual cannot occur. (The Saptapati consists of seven steps around the fire. Without this ritual, a Hindu marriage is considered incomplete)
Bangles today are made from a variety of materials. They also widely range in color, design and shape. They can be plastic, glass, kundan, lac or composed of beads. In semi-precious or precious metal form, bangles are often black metal, silver and even gold. The most durable of bangles are gold, of course. Glass bangles are the least durable, and may break with carelessness. Because of this, many women prefer gold bangles for everyday wear, and reserve glass bangles for special occasions.
For centuries, women throughout India and Pakistan have been wearing bangles as decorative ornaments. Consequently, bangles have come to hold great cultural, religious and historical significance. Its glorification in literature resulted in bangles representing feminine grace.

Monsters and Myths - The Search Never Ends
When you are a child, have you ever been mystified by the vast number of stories about monsters? You may be exposed to all kinds of stories about scary monsters. But most of those monsters usually come from fairy tales or your own imagination. As you grow up, you learn that they are not real. Still, for some, the nagging question on the existence of monsters still exist. So they carry on the search for monsters.
Monsters myths and legends.
There are so many stories from so many different sources that sometimes, it’s hard to tell what is real, and what is unreal. Usually, stories about monsters start from unusual sightings. It could be a sighting of a rare animal, or even a sighting of the silhouette of an animal. These sightings are commonly described as frightening, and they are weaved into interesting stories and reports and shared with others.
Here, we have a potential myth or legend in the making. Over time, as the stories get passed down from generation to generation, they become real. People start to believe in the myths and legends. Often, the myths become more powerful as storytellers add their own figments of imagination to the stories. So as the stories get passed on from, they become distorted and skewed to such a stage that it’s impossible to separate fact from fiction.
Many of these stories take place in destinations that are remote and desolate. For example, you often hear stories about monsters in thick forests, snow mountains, etc. Remember the Yeti, or bigfoot? These monsters roam such places. And these also happen to be places where human investigations are almost impossible to take place.
There was a documentary that showed a man traveling to these remote areas to investigate myths on monsters such as vampires and werewolves. Their work brought them to some of the most remote places in Asian countries. When they reached the destination, they set up camp and put out their monitoring equipment. Their equipment included cameras and lights. The place was deserted, with no human beings living in the area.
In fact, the experience was a scary one for the entire investigation team. They had to monitor their surroundings in pitch dark, using only their torch lights for visibility. They stayed up all night, taking turns to monitor the cameras and scouting the surroundings for movements.
One member caught sight of an animal darting across his path. He caught in on his video camera, and he immediately chased after it. But in the dark, they quickly lost the animal.
When they went back to the labs, they approached professionals to show them footages of their video. All they saw was an immensely huge furry animal darting across the path. It was so quick that they couldn’t even take a good look at the animal. It could have been a werewolf, or it could have been a very big dog.
The documentary ended leaving the viewer guessing. After all, that’s how myths have always worked. The search for monsters never ends.

Going Green Painlessly
Are you perplexed by the new green movement? Perhaps you genuinely care about the earth, but you fail to see how using biodegradable laundry detergent will change the world in any meaningful way. If someone told you how important your small changes were, and why you should care, you would be all in. Read on, because below are simple ideas that will vastly improve our earth and make your personal shade of green a little, well, greener.
While most people that care about the environment want to take action, they simply do not know where to begin. These simple steps take little effort and can make a measurable impact on our environment.
Here is an easy one. Turn off the faucet while you brush your teeth. Most of us turn the water on, run our brush under the water for a moment, then brush away for a minute or two, all the while water is running down the drain. By turning off the water you will save an average of 8 gallons of water per day!
Maybe our parents had it right. Use cloth napkins and real plates instead of paper. This saves a tree, and it may even encourage your family to linger around the table a bit longer.
Our grandparents hung laundry out to dry in the fresh air and sunshine. While this is a nice idea, it isn’t very practical in terms of simplifying our daily life. We can, however, look at how we use the clothes dryer. This appliance uses more energy than any other appliance in the house except the refrigerator. Use the moisture sensor feature if you have it, which only dries clothes until they are just dry.
This is a fun one because for little effort, you can feel pretty darned good about yourself in terms of saving energy. As your light bulbs burn out, replace them with compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL). Energy saving bulbs use 75% less energy than regular bulbs and can last up to ten times longer.
I find it distracting, and mildly annoying really, to be asked every time I am in the store, paper or plastic? Pausing while I weigh my options, I ponder over what is more useful to me versus what is politically correct. Plastic I say with feigned confidence. I keep my gaze straight ahead to deflect any judgmental eyebrow raising that may be done by my peers in line. Actually, the answer should always be paper, or even better, bring your own bag (BYOB).
It is estimated that one trillion plastic bags are used every year worldwide. These bags don’t completely breakdown when discarded. Rather, they become tiny particles that remain in our soil and eventually make it into the food chain.
There used to be a school of thought that it was actually more energy efficient to leave a computer on 24/7. This is clearly not the case as 75% of the power consumed by home electronics takes place while they are turned off but still in standby mode. An easy solution to this is using a power strip for your electronics. When you are done in your office for instance, one flick of the switch turns off everything.
A lot of people resist going green because they feel it is too much work, or will take too much time out of their already packed schedules. However, little changes here and there actually do add up to measurable energy savings. These simple tips can get you started in moving in a decidedly green direction.
